The "god-like" members of the Savannah city council have drafted a new city ordinance which would prohibit smoking within 20 feet of any business.
With this language it will be illegal to smoke a cigarette while walking down many downtown streets.

Bank of America financing property development in China

Tighter lending conditions by Chinese banks have led to developers and others to seek other sources of credit. Bloomberg reports that a Hong Kong unit of Bank of America arranged for loans to a Chinese developer totaling $125 million. This lender and others are helping borrowers around the government conditions limiting borrowing opportunities within China.
